Your $1 million in publicity estimate for the 1990's Rotary operation probably is worth about 2X that in today's dollars plus the advent of the internet (YouTube). I am sure the Friends would jump on the opportunity to tune up the Rotary under your supervision. We all know you will have a lot of things on your plate once you get to Chama, the most pressing undoubtably; how to increase ridership. Seems like this is just the sort of project to get started on early as it will undoubtably require significant time, manpower and $ to accomplish.
