That's the same photo as on the DPL site and in Crosson's book.
Once I knew the location, I checked my collection for other Glacier Lake photos that might show this. The only photo I have from Glacier Lake (except for postcards) is from across the lake, and doesn't show much.
I did come across this photo on a postcard (postmarked 1906) and this advertisement, and it looks like the original structures inside the wye were very different. Note that there's no spam or bologna on the menu (unless they're part of the "Splendid Lunches").
