The dispute about the length of the crossing warning.

The recent upward revision of the train speed limit.

The role of the quiet zone in this crash.

The validity of the quiet zone rationale nationwide.

The official sanctioning of the parade.

The operation of the trucks with possible illegal passenger carriage accommodations outside of the parade.

The role of the police escort.

The use of police emergency sirens for celebration.
