That is possable, there is a stub switch in the photo. The question becomes why? There was only one 3-way track into S. Baker and all other tracks connected to this one way or another. Switching a SG car on this track would require moving from one side of the car to the other. Granted the sliding coupler used by the SVRy would have accommodated this, but for what reason? If this track turns directly off the main track it would seem to be a dangerous set-up.
I'll continue to pore over the photos we have to see if I can learn more.
