After the Ashbey's moved to Silver Plume, another company briefly operated C&S 71. Does anybody know what kind of known condition 71 might be today as she sits at the casino? Are there major issues with the boiler/firebox, cylinders, running gear ect.? Is 71 actually owned by the Casino?
In hypothetical world, what would it take to fix with issues she haves; in a mechanical way for C&S 71 to operate again?
