We found the homebuilt "coaches" still standing in the remains of Mr.Bayliss's roundhouse back in 2009. The property had been bought by the Renner brothers of Fortunam, who wanted to sell them. Although half of the roundhouse roof had fallen in, the collapse apared the cars, # 10 and #12. The Renners sold them to us, along with 2 lengths of rail, and even moved them to our property. We used the rail to built a track for them (helped by the donation of spikes from the Timber Heritage Association). The cars still contained their walk-over seats. We have repaired the roofs and paint and they now sit in our Arcata CA field. We got to ride on them when they were running back in the 1980's, and recognized them when they were listed for sale on Craigslist.
