You might try contacting the Timber Heritage Association (http://timberheritage.org/) to see if anyone there has pictures. A couple friends of mine did go down before the property was sold and picked up something locomotive related (can't remember what) for the THA.
For everyone else, the Alton and Pacific was a 2 foot gauge tourist railroad that operated on a loop in Humboldt County, CA. The property was at the south of of Fortuna next to the NWP tracks at the intersection of Highways 101 and 36.
That property is now under a huge cloverleaf connecting the 2 highways.
