History says the bid process gave us Kyle
History says the bid process gave us Black Bart.
Following Black Bart, the bid process failed. FAILED!
Thereby the RGRPC got in the back door.
As after Black Bart, the next bidding process will yield a variety of incompetent bidders. A failure this time will not get the Friends in.
They won't get this chance again. Too much bad blood. The RGRPC/Friends are out forever.
