It should be noted that the car in the OP has been moved to Libby, to keep their Shay restoration company (I guess). A full thread is over on RYPN:

BTW, the car was retired in 1941, and probably lost it's iron shortly thereafter to the war effort. There are a couple of R.V. Nixon photos of it. It also appears that the car was very near the old RR ROW for all these years.
