Due to the CRRM's proximity? to the Miller Coors brewery we have been granted special dispensation to brew the Museum's take on Coors. We are using D&RGW engine 346's tender tank for a brew kettle. With the addition of a of a little Hesperus coal dust and a touch of boiler wash along with Rocky Mountain spring water It's not bad. As an added bonus the resultng brew has a purgative effect called the "Museum Quick Step",
Although, disposing of the mash requires filing of an EPA statement. The FRA has cited 346 for violating rule G.
Miller Coors has a good beer called Blue Moon. You might try some.
