Since its in liters, I would normally say Canada but that would be "up here" and since he said "down here", I would guess Australia. I would think the UK would "over here" but the fact is we still have cheaper gas then any of them.

Do they still have tourism in Canada, Australia or the UK?? I would assume so but maybe not so many family "road trips" like we did as kids.
