My first thread about this topic yielded little info, so here goes again.

In a Jan 1 1948 roster of Rio Grande Narrow Gauge Equipment (i.e anything on wheels) there are listed :
-2 motor inspection cars
-389 motor right-of-way cars
-5 station wagons
-8 sedans
-2 coupes
-2 "reconnaisance cars"
-1 passenger bus

I am curious about some things here;

-That number of "motor right-of-way cars" seems large. Where were
they all located?
-Anybody have any pictures of any of the road vehicles? It would
be nice to see how they were painted/lettered.
-Where were all these vehicles stationed? Who got to use one?
-Why no pickup trucks?
-Any pictures of the bus out there? Might it be the one that showed
up in another thread recently, operating in New Mexico?

If any of these vehicles were lettered for the Rio Grande, it would be great to see pictures of them for creating authentic models on a layout.
