I wonder if the list of "motor right of way cars" includes trailers, since the roster includes everything on wheels. Virtually every section gang had not only a gang car for the gang, but had at least one trailer for supplies, like ties, short rail, spikes, joint bars, rail drill, tools etc, since there was no room for any of that on the gang car.
