late 50's early 1960's. 478 got "stacked" in fall of 1956, along with 476. 473 managed to hid from the "stackers" until 62-63. My guess is a RMRRC (or similar) trip on the wye at Silverton. Note 473 is not coupled to 478, it's waiting for it's time to head south (or East).
