Has the railroad at one piont performed its own Asbestos removals and was this process handled latter by private contactor or has the process always been contracted out or preformed by the railroad? I ask for I wasn't sure if your above mention regarding 495's stripping was performed by the Kyle or if the work was done by a contractor?
