I have to point out that there were rough spots in "Ticket to Tomahawk," also. Towing the loco with horses through the dirt wouldn't work, hence the repro in wood .... and dirt-covered rails (as I was told...) the sand dome blowing steam out of bullet holes is another fanciful Hollywood idea .....
