Hi Brian --
What you don't have available is the 1994 Chama Viewscape drawings, agreed upon between the Commission and SHPO, which establishes do's and don'ts for placement of any future facilities or uses of the Yard. The area in question is outlined as available for future expansion of engine facilities. The pdf of the drawings is too large to attach to a post to the NGDF, but I can email same to any interested parties by providing me with their email address in a NGDF private message.
