Correct, Tom - sort of.
During the 40th Anniversary Re-Enactment, participants were allowed off the train at Lobato, but we had to stay entirely WITHIN the stock pens - apparently stepping even five feet outside would have been trespassing. I for one would not be real anxious to be inside the pen with a bunch of nervous cattle milling around, and it would be pretty hard to get a good shot from in there anyway.
