A 12-step plan:

Step 1: Pick up an old dart board somewhere.
Step 2: Cut out a sheet of paper in the size of the dart board.

[1] probably at least 2 or 3 times the number of sections on the board.

Seriously tho' you're the one doing the work so I'll be happy with whatever time you pick. My suggestions are just that, suggestions.
