About all I can add to Roger's recollection is that Jay was not at the meeting, so perhaps he relied upon his wife Jean who was there.

Commissioner Randall's understandable concern about the Lobato contract was over the fact that we have a new administration in NM that is still learning the ropes. Randy has been riding herd on the bureaucracy quite effectively, and the Commission also has engaged the services of Rhonda Faught, former head of NMDoT, to show the way through the thickets.

As for the insurance payment, we have yet one more example of the benefits of having engaged, competent, wide-awake Commissioners that take nothing for granted.

That's my opinion, and it is my further opinion that the Gote is once again not a credible source because, other than Jean, none of the Gotes attended. Furthermore she did not attend the full meeting, among other things missing the discussion of the Operator RFI. I leave it for others to judge for themselves after the videos of the meeting are available for review.
