You brought up a good point...many years back, I had heard that the
the Krupps were obtained in barter for Guatemalan coffee. There's
also the story that the last order (169-174?) were on a ship bound
for Guatemala when hostilities broke out in Europe and had to spend
time in a neutral port before continuing on to their destination.
