Yes, that is the Eureka at "Old Vegas." After the place closed, the building next to the Eureka burned and the locomotive received damage. Dan then acquired the locomotive and began his rebuilding project -- that included replacing all of the wood much of which had been damaged in the fire.

It was #5 on the Hobart Estate Company after leaving the E&P.
