The D&RGW Silverton Branch was made a National Historic Landmark in 1961, and remains as one today under the D&S ownership. The Town of Silverton is also one, again from 1961, and the Sheenandoan-Dives (Mayflower) Mill in Siverton achieved Landmark status in 2000. Roger's original posting has a link to all the existing NHLs so it's not too difficult to access this information.
