The original Georgetown Loop high bridge had to be rebuilt because of flaws in construction(DSP&P Pictorial)and it took about a month(in1883).This might be another wild and stupid idea but why not airlift the material in by helicopter? I'll bet There are alot of national guard or Army units that could use this as a training exercise.
