Use of the D&S #7 to switch the 315 into the engine house was included as part of the contract between the D&S and the DRHS for the 315 being part of Railfest. The 315 group paid for all the track work and use of the D&S crews on the track who worked on their days off. We do get some local services donated, or at a minimal cost--like the cost to truck the SN caboose up from Durango was $80, and that was mostly a donation from the trucking company.
