Here is the 2nd set of pictures from the Saturday working freight:

C&TSRR 40th Anniversary August 28 Working Freight Album 2

I'm hoping to see pictures from the other riders and also from the Sunday freight special.

What a great railroad ! The setting is spectacular. Missing the Chama/Cumbres segment was not a great loss. It only means you get more runbys in equally interesting areas of the railroad. The ride is noticeably smoother with the new track. Many of the pictures were done from the moving train. I highly encourage everyone who has not experienced this mountain railroad adventure to get your tickets !
