I was last there in 1999 and rode behind the German made Mallet. Yes, it's a mallet even though the front cylinder is only slightly bigger than the rear one. On display hear the boarding area was a long inoperative British engine of odd design. I don't recall the maker's name or where it came from, except that its primary color was green. It had two "engines"; one under the front and the other under the back, almost like trucks. It was a saddle tanker and those engines, which were so small they looked like bogie trucks, would have made it an 0-4-4-0. There were no pilot wheels. The setup vaguely resembled a very unsophisticated 2 foot gauge Beyer-Garratt. I might have a photo somewhere.
