Most of those photos were shot with a Nikon coolpix800, imported to my G4 with Photo Shop, cropped and saved at about 300x624 pixels, 100 pixel resolution. I then save them as jpeg and send them to Dan, who is the real master. He will have to tell you how he does his magic. I have to send my stuff I want to post to either him, or Jay at the Goat.
