Vulcan Fairlie top speed and livery question

Does anyone know the liveries for the Vulcan 3 feet gauge Fairlies, and the highest speed the locomotives were capable of running at? I'm talking about locomotives like the D&RG Mountaineer, and two other locomotives which I suspect are sister locomotives to the Mountaineer.
Edit: Realized I misworded things a bit. What I meant in top speed of the locomotives was the highest speed the locomotives were capable of.
