We followed the westbound on June 14, 1968 in the same stretch and only a VW Van/Camper raised dust along with us for only a short period, also taking photos, but for some reason they cut off and left the pace.
I was the only one on that date taking movies. Russell Sharp of later EMD took Nikon slides, and Paul Hoffa of San Diego took slides. Anyone know of their location?
