It looks like the valuation map is consistent with the 1907 timetable. I came up with 445.97 for Bocea from the map as compared to 445.96 from the 1907 TT. So if we take the difference between 1901 and 1907 Bocea from the TT that is 1.3 miles. If I add 1.3 miles to your La Plata 1900 MP of 442.3 we end up with 443.6 which is were I expected La Plata to be. The valuation map MP for Carbon Junction also compares well to your 1907 TT value.
