Lots of empty space below deck, you could build quite a Casino onboard. It would be a great source of revenue for the ship.

My vision is to split the ships space into several useable parts

Hotel
Restaurants
Museum
Convention Center
Other

The hotel would consist of rebuilt 1st class suits, larger then the original ones, with things like Satellite TV, High Speed Internet, and so on. But with the feel of the original rooms.

The Restaurants would be a fun project, you could build them in places like the 1st and 2nd class dinning room, and rebuild several lounges to reflect their style in 1952. It would provide a unique dining experience for people to eat in an origional 1952 space that has been refurbished

The Museum would be the biggest part of the ship. The idea after all is the save history, so you have to exploit that history as well. Areas such as the bridge, recreated 1st, 2nd, and tourist class rooms, crew quarters, and tours of areas like the twin engine rooms would allow people to explore the ship and learn of her history. An area of the ship could be left aside for memorabilia from the ship, which is everywhere, that could tell the story. Anyone know the location of the Hales Trophy the United States Lines had in their Corporate office?\

Convention Center. The ship is a perfect place to host events. Meetings, shows, movies, you name it, there is plenty of space to do it.

Since the ship is so big, there is still plenty of space left for other uses. A Casino below decks would be a great source of income to keep the ship afloat.

Thats my way of looking at it. You have 101 feet by 990 feet worth of space spread across 12 decks. Use every bit of it
