Mystery loco I've lost track of from 1967?????

As a teenager, this locomotive sat on a farm just north of Oakville, Ontario - about a half hour west of Toronto. As I recall, there was just a barn with a couple 3' gauge tracks running out of it. Don't remember any cars, but there was this engine that we took a photo of in 1967.

It's an 0-4-4T and my vague memory recalls someone saying it had been made up from a saddle tank engine, but it looks too good to have been homemade for my eye.

Anyway, I can't find anything on Steamlocomotive.info, and no railfans locally seem to recall it - so maybe someone on the NGDF would have an idea where it ended up.
