There has been a lot of talk about railroad logos and heralds on this forum, especially with respect to what should go--or not go--on the tenders of the C&TS locomotives.
Some of us have a soft spot in our hearts for the Colorado & Southern narrow gauge and its very ornate, entwined C&S herald which was in use around 1920.
Here's one that is a worthy match to the C&S herald, the herald for the Wellington and Manawatu Railway Trust, based at Steam Incorporated, Paekakriki, on the Kapiti Coast just north of Wellington (at the southernmost tip of New Zealand's North Island). Can you find the W, M, and R?
Any others???
