Now was this original color film or was it colored in after the fact and from a B&W film? I'd really doubt a K-37 would have that type of paint scheme unless it was doing some sort of movie work. I know the 498 was a longtime Gunnison engine--for most of the 40's but those Gunnison boys would overdue the silver/aluminum if they were going to dress up an engine--look at the 456/474 over their span in Gunnison. I can never say never but show me this picture I for one would love to see it--maybe it won't stand up in a court of law-maybe it will.
