Certainly not as impressive as the standard gauge to narrow gauge carrier shown in the video, but here is a photo showing an existing dual gauge switch.

The Midwest Electric, Mt. Pleasant, Ia (Standard Guage) has some interchange trackage with the Midwest Central RR (narrow gauge) to allow
access to both the MCRR engine house and an the Old Thrasher's Museum.

Thisis not a dramatic photo, but I doubt there are too many dual gauge switches still in service.
