Well I think one big problem they have is having one steam locomotive that has a pretty low tractive effort. They also talked about adding a second train wich would not be currently possible using just steam, if the 111 ever gets put back toghether they might be in better shape, but for now it might be the best way to make the loop profitable. Though I miss the steam on the loop, I would rather see them at least run trains instead of being shut down.
