She went to the California State Railroad Museum in Sacramento back in the mid 1980s, actually March 1986. That's where she was going when you saw it on the flat car. The Santa Fe rounded up everything in their "museum" collection and sent it off to Sacramento.
Nothing much from the collection other then the F7A + F3B units plus a Faribanks Morse switcher were ever put on display. Most got put in the old SP shops and are in much worse shape then when they let the Santa Fe.
In 2008, Little Butter Cup was loaned to the California Trolley and Railroad Corporation in San Jose, CA for display.

I looked to see if an advertisement the Santa Fe did back in (guessing the 1970s) featuring the Little Butter Cup was on YouTube. But I couldn't find it. I have it on a Pentrex video about the Super Chief. It's a little bonus they added to the VHS.
