NNG: A brief status update on ATSF 3463

I am only posting this here because it has been inquired about in the past. The locomotive is still in a litigation process but there are a few things that are not in dispute and with the large amount of information still circulating I think it is good to help bring this information to the masses.

CSR has shown their title for the locomotive that is all connected to the purchase of the locomotive from GOS.

The City of Topeka has recently shown that they have title, as it was given to them by Santa Fe in 1956. They further state that they have never sold or given the locomotive to any body or organization in that time, from 1956 to present day.

There is so much more that I would like to share to help shed light on this situation, but with a court process ongoing, I feel I need to be carful to what I say. I do want and hope that giving what I feel I can give, will start to allow persons to start to see the real truths that have been clouded for a long time. Perhaps it may also help 3463 to see a brighter future.
