The Johnson on today's post is most likely John Johnson. A few days earlier the sheets reflected a J Johnson. Louis Johnson had an engineers date of June 15, 1893 and I would imagine he was no longer in service by 1944. His fireman date was July 10, 1888.

Hindelang has shown up on some recent posts. His fireman date was October 24, 1911, engineer date October 19, 1918.
