The motel, south of town, no longer has any railroad equipment. It is not worth visiting.
If you can, go to the Colorado Railroad Museum in Golden. That is where Bob Richardson took his collection, and where many volunteers have contributed thousands/millions of hours to restoration work.
I visited the Narrow Gauge Motel in the 1950's, and got a personal tour from Bob. It was magical.
