I don't know the pressure but it is called the squirt hose and is attached to the delivery side of the injector on the fireman's side and is used to clean the cab and anything else it will reach.It is also used to check the adjustment or (fining) of the injector while working uphill.The adjustment allows you to only put water in as fast as it is being used so as to maintain the proper water level and conditions going up a hill.smiling smiley
