All,
The CRRM turntable is an ex-CB&Q standard gauge unit from St. Francis, Kansas. It's bridge is about 83 feet long, IIRC. We removed everything to do with the turntable down to (well)used ties when we salvaged it for use in Golden. When total recondition / installation of the ttble is finished, perhaps at the end of this October, it will have 4 rails on the deck to enable both standard and narrow gauge equipment to be turned. That'll require a "draw" on at least one of the input leads.
The CRRM connection with Alamosa is in our brand new roundhouse, which contains the drop-pit hardware, entry door wood frames, metal hinges, etc. salvaged from the Alamosa roundhouse before it's demise.
