Mike: The women must be right. I rechecked the reference and 65 feet is what Norwood has.
I checked the new book by Joseph Hereford and Ernest Robart " Rio Grande Narrow Gauge- The Final Years, Alamosa to Chama".
On page 19 there's a picture of the Alamosa Roundhouse and the caption contains the following, " The turntable at Alamosa, 100 feet long, also was installed in 1924, replacing a smaller turntable."
