Was babysitting my sisters kids yesterday afternoon (They live on Burlington ST that runs along side the BN Race Track) when I heard a faint whistle... The first couple times I thought I was hearing things so I turned the TV off to the kids protest and I went and stood out on the driveway in front of the house with kids following close behind wanting to know what was going and why I turned the TV off when all of a suddon another whistle so close it felt like I could feel it and it gave me the chills and SP 4449 came flying past 
That shut the kids up
