According to the map in Dorman's book _Gunnison_, the passenger depot was a half block south of Bidwell St. and between 14th St and Spruce St. The freight depot was three blocks west between 11th and 12 Streets.
According to Yahoo Maps, the right of way is now Rio Grande Ave. and would probably run right through where the depots were.
