Places on the Colorado Railroad Museum Loop

The loop up at the Colorado Railroad Museum has several identified locations: Delay Junction, Juanita, Roger's Pass, and No Agua. No Agua really existed but was in New Mexico. There are at least two Roger's Passes in Colorado but the two I know of did not have any railroad connection. I'd like to know the story behind each of these names and I know the people of this forum have the answers.
