I saw the car before they really got started on it's restoration, but after they had put it in the roundhouse. The thing had apparently been infested with moths on top of the deterioration.
I was pleased they would restore the car, but it sure sounds good to hear that it turned out well! In 1974, three of us chartered that car for $500. What a great trip that was!
