I knew Mark from my many years of dealing with him at Caboose. I don't know if his experiences have prepared for this operation, but really, could he do any worse than we've seen the last few years?

The fact that he was a fairly vocal critic at the town meetings of the CHS and they still gave him the contract MAY mean that the Hysterical Society is tired of getting their brains beat in. Then again it may mean nothing.

As to the CHS violating the contract, remember, they fudged the terms to get Railstar in there in the first place, so that doesn't represent any change. Let's just hope that maybe we are seeing a positive change in both the CHS' attitude, and in the mechanical dept. up there.
