Remember, GLR operated the Loop for the CHS successfully for 31 years, building the Loop into a world-class attraction--until the greedheads took over. Not that the relationship was without contentious strains. But show me a marriage of 31 years that has been entirely tranquil--it's rare! Maybe, just maybe, after four years of operating a money pit that was spiraling downward out of control, a little common sense has dawned at 13th & Broadway. At least we can hope, anyway....
